Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement. Processing may take longer during sales and high-volume periods.

Delivery time & coverage

We ship from our Los Angeles warehouse. We currently deliver to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Ground delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days of shipment. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may take longer, and may not be available for every product, due to federal regulations on the ground transportation of lithium batteries.

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Ground-only shipping (important)

Our products contain lithium-ion (LiFePO4) batteries, which are regulated as dangerous goods. For safety and regulatory compliance, all TET orders ship by ground transportation only — they cannot be shipped by air, and no expedited air service is available.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam/promotions folder.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the address after shipment. Orders returned for an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped after correction, and additional shipping fees may apply.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Once shipped, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Damaged or missing items

Please contact us immediately if you discover any issues after receiving the product; we will resolve the matter properly.
